Erica earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of North Florida. She continued her education at Florida State University, where she obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She also teaches trauma-informed care and discipline strategies to foster parents during their licensing process. Additionally, she serves as the Chapter Chair for the First Coast Chapter of the Florida Association for Play Therapy and is a board member for embrACE jax, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing play therapy to underserved populations.

Erica is available at our Riverside location.

In her free playtime Erica enjoys soaking up the sunshine and embracing the outdoors with her husband and two children. They find joy in life’s simple and extraordinary moments playing at the beach, hiking along lush trails, getting cozy by a bonfire, popcorn movie nights, practicing mindfulness, creating art, and stargazing on clear nights.
