Expressive therapy helps teens and tweens navigate the stress and pressure of adolescence through creative approaches like art, music, movement, drama, sand tray, and writing. While many adolescents can verbalize their thoughts, adding creative and nonverbal outlets often leads to deeper self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, better problem-solving skills, and increased self-esteem. We offer both traditional talk therapy for teens and activity-based expressive arts therapy, giving adolescents multiple ways to process emotions, build resilience, and feel truly understood.
